I have been personally practicing and teaching meditation for over 18 years. I started to learn meditation on the advice of a friend at a time in my life when I was barely functioning in the midst of extreme stress and anxiety. Meditation dramatically changed my life for the better. The personal benefits I received from meditation training inspired me to become a professional meditation teacher so I could offer the benefits I received to others. I have continued a daily meditation practice for over 18 years and the benefits keep consistently improving my quality of life. During my years of teaching meditation I have found that no two people connect to meditation in exactly the same way.
Meditation is a very individual and private experience. Each meditation student faces unique challenges in developing their own personal practice. Rethinking Your Life specializes in one-on-one meditation training to resolve this. If you are serious about learning meditation and establishing a regular practice to improve your overall well-being, private lessons are the best way to learn.
My Personal Meditation Training sessions are client-specific. Each session is personally designed to assist you with whatever positive life changes you desire to achieve. You can expect healing and improvements to be found in all areas of your life – from healing issues of self-esteem, depression, anxiety, stress, anger, and emotional pain, to gaining insight and access to creative talents, strengthening your memory, achieving goals, improving your relationships, and overall health.
The meditation techniques that I teach in my personal training sessions are non-religious in nature and are not based on the teachings of any particular group or philosophy. This makes them more accessible to a wider range of people and much easier to practice.

Personal meditation training sessions can be done on-site in your home, or through Skype. Each session is 1 hour long and will also include opportunities to ask questions and receive extra tips for your personal needs.
You can invite your family, partner or friends to join you in your personal meditation training sessions if you are working to achieve common goals. You can choose weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly sessions.
Sessions are booked in order of schedule demands and are done Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00PM-8:00PM
Fees for Personal Meditation Training Sessions:
1 hour session $97.00
5 session package $385.00 ($77.00 each)
10 session package $570.00 ($57.00 each)
A 1-hour consultation session is required before booking your personal meditation training so that I know what your specific goals are and can design your training sessions to achieve them! The consultation fee is $97.00.
Meditation is one of the few things in the self-help arena you can do that produces measurable changes. Meditation is something the body already knows how to do, and does willingly if you set up the conditions and allow it. When you meditate, you are accessing your body’s own built-in ability to heal itself and tune itself for action. Meditation is not adding something weird to your life you are just giving yourself something you need and truly deserve! What is weird is to not meditate.
In other words, it is unnatural for you to go through life deprived of a time each day to relax, clear your mind, experience inner peace, develop a positive mind-set and improve overall health and happiness in all areas of your life.
